Your shopping experience is important to us. Feel free ask questions via email,, before you purchase. After your purchase we keep in touch with you regarding receipt of payment as well as date and method of shipping including your delivery confirmation number.

PAYMENT: Prices quoted for items and shipping is in U.S. dollars. We accept Paypal, but will only ship to a verified and confirmed address. If you are not verified and confirmed with Paypal, please use a Postal Money Order only or cashier's check. All payments need to be received before we ship, which can take 3 to 5 business days depending on payment method. Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase.

SHIPPING: Buyer pays for actual shipping, insurance, and delivery confirmation. Insurance and delivery confirmation are required. We pack your order very carefully, using lots of packing materials. We do not charge a handling fee but in order to do this I do use clean, recycled and sometimes previously used packing materials.

We ship from U.S. zip code 01004. Shipping rates apply to areas within the continental United States and is estimated at $6.00 per single jewelry item and $10.00+ per home décor item depending on weight. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International buyers please contact us at for rates.

We use United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping either Priority Mail or Parcel Post depending on the weight and size of the box required. If you purchase multiple items we do our best to combine items to keep shipping costs as low as possible. If you prefer a shipping service other than USPS please specify your choice at the time you place your order. Using services other than USPS may vary shipping rates. We generally ship within 2-3 days after payment has been received.

RETURNS: Items can be returned for exchange or store credit only. Please do not attempt to return an item due to shipping damage. Should it occur in spite of our careful packing, this must be handled through the shipping agent with an insurance claim. We will be happy to assist in this. Always be sure to retain all original packaging if a claim is to be made as the shipping agent will request to examine it.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt of item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost including insurance and delivery confirmation. Upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition with my seller's mark intact, we will promptly exchange your item, purchase price only, or give you a store credit. Shipping either way is non-refundable.
